Pre-Algebra

If you’ve come looking for pre-algebra help, you’re in the right place! Below you can see an entire list of topics in the order they typically appear in a pre-algebra course. If you’re unsure where to begin, you can simply start from the top and work your way down until you have hit the point where you or your student begins to struggle.

In my experience tutoring in Wichita Falls, students at this level more often than not either have a prerequisite skill that is holding them back or a lack of confidence that is crippling them with math anxiety. That is why I have attempted to make each slide walk through step-by-step every topic I cover.

It may help to see the lessons fully animated by downloading the PowerPoint for yourself from my Teaches Pay Teachers page where many initial lessons are free. If that isn’t your style, you can also head over to my YouTube channel to see the slides animated in video form. (And they are all free there!)

Ultimately I want to provide a truly FREE math help resource to those who are struggling in math both here in Wichita Falls and the rest of the world. Check out the topics listed below or head over to the search bar to find a specific topic that you or your student is having trouble with on their homework!
